HomeServices of America, Inc. Names New Koenig & Strey Real Living CEO



MINNEAPOLIS (June, 2011) – HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate (www.homeservices.com) and the nation’s second-largest residential real estate company announced today that Nancy Nagy has been named President and CEO of Koenig & Strey Real Living. In her new role, Nagy will oversee the daily operations of the company’s 21 offices and more than 900 agents. In addition to her appointment as President and CEO, Nagy will continue in her role as Regional Manager of Koenig & Strey’s Gold Coast office. Under Nagy’s leadership, the Gold Coast office has consistently been one of the company’s top performing locations. Nancy’s appointment follows the recent passing of Doug Ayers, Keonig & Strey’s former President and CEO.

With more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate brokerage sales and mortgage banking, Nagy brings extensive business development skills, industry knowledge and exceptional leadership qualities to Koenig & Strey Real Living and the HomeServices executive team.
